About
Develop Model Management opened in March 2012 and is the region’s premier modeling & placement agency. We have placed models with top agencies throughout the world, including New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Australia, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Milan, Athens and various other locations across Europe and Asia. Our models have worked with top designer brands such as Urban Outfitters, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, Hugo Boss, and more, as well as having been featured in campaigns for Glossier, Maybelline, Kohls, Wrangler, Dillards, Converse, Harper’s Bazaar, Nylon Magazine, and other well-known department stores and magazines.
Our experience and expertise go beyond modeling, and in February 2015, we opened Develop Talent Management. Our goal was to bring our global knowledge of the modeling and talent industry down to scale to service the local market and clients. Develop Talent represents actors, voice actors, make-up artists, hair and clothing stylists, and photographers. Develop is proud to be involved in our local community, not just through the work of our models and talent, but as a business that cares about our city and its people. Developed the programming for Omaha Fashion Camp for young people encouraging their creativity in the world of fashion arts.
Alyssa Dilts
Owner/Director
Alyssa Dilts began her career in the modeling industry in 2001, teaching for Nancy Bounds Studios in Omaha, NE. She later moved to Chicago to work for Elite Model Management where she was in charge of the scouting, development, and education of new models.
Following many beloved years at Elite, Alyssa moved back to her hometown of Omaha, NE, and opened Develop Model Management in March 2012. In April 2012, Develop became a proud sponsor of Omaha Fashion Week, with Alyssa being named the official Casting Director.
Alyssa’s deep roots and love of outreach led her to create Omaha Fashion Camp for kids and teens in the local community in the summer of 2014. Partnering with Omaha Fashion week producers Nick and Brook Hudson, she teaches participants about sewing skills, design principles, modeling basics, brand creation, marketing, and the fashion industry.
Her outreach and community involvement doesn’t stop there. Alyssa is currently an active member of the Fashion Guild, sits on the Omaha South High School Advisory Board and has previously served as a board member for the Fashion Arts Collective.
Alyssa can be found working at the agency alongside her trusty maltipoo Scout.
